You watch as a slice of salmon is placed carefully on warm rice. No noise, just precision. And somehow, everything feels right.

That moment lives in this dial.
Finished in salmon pink, it features fine radial lines that resemble the natural grain of sashimi. Simple details, thoughtfully done.

In the center, a crisp white minute track forms an octagon — subtly nodding to the diamond cut shape, the signature of this series.
Surrounding it, full Roman numerals add a classic twist, making the design feel both refined and easy to wear.
